The East Wharton County Crime Stoppers Program began in 2015 from the efforts of the volunteer board members, the City of Wharton, and the Wharton Police Department. Our Program now operates as an independent organization. The concept has developed into a combination of efforts by local media, businesses, civic and social clubs, law enforcement agencies, and the public throughout East Wharton County. Donations of airtime, newspaper space, and reward monies have established East Wharton County Crime Stoppers as an effective tool to fight crime in the area.
Tipsters can submit totally anonymous information to the East Wharton County Crime Stoppers via the P3 App or by calling the tip line at: 979-282-8477 (TIPS).
